On April 17, 2025, the Coal Preparation Department organized a specialized training program entitled “Management, Maintenance, and Fault Diagnosis and Troubleshooting of Key Equipment” to advance operational precision and technical proficiency. Combining theoretical instruction with real-world case analyses, the training program improved the refined management of equipment at the coal preparation plant while honing the technical team’s practical capabilities in rapid fault diagnosis and precise troubleshooting.

作为煤炭洗选加工的核心环节，洗煤厂设备运行的稳定性直接关系到生产效率和产品质量。培训聚焦破碎机、分选机、离心脱水机、压滤机、振动筛等关键设备，深入讲解了设备结构原理、标准化维护流程及全生命周期管理策略。培训特别强调预防性维护体系构建的重要性，通过“早预防、早发现、早处理”的工作理念，切实降低设备故障率，提高运行可靠性。

As the core stage of coal washing and processing, the stable operation of equipment in coal preparation plants is critical to production efficiency and product quality. The recent training program focused on key machinery such as crushers, separators, centrifugal dewatering machines, filter presses, and vibrating screens, delivering in-depth instruction on equipment structural principles, standardized maintenance procedures, and full lifecycle management strategies. A central emphasis was placed on building a preventive maintenance system, guided by the principle of “Early Prevention, Timely Detection, and Immediate Resolution”, to effectively reduce equipment failure rates and enhance operational reliability.
